Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out how you may and may not use Quorum. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Do not use Quorum output to fabricate compliance. Generated documents are drafts. Using them to fake compliance evidence, imitate a certification, or mislead an auditor or regulator is strictly prohibited.
1. Use it for its purpose
Quorum is for drafting, visualizing and sharing your own quality and risk documentation for legitimate business use, followed by professional review.
2. Prohibited uses
- Fabricating, backdating or falsifying compliance evidence, audit records or certifications.
- Presenting a Quorum draft as an issued certification, audit result, or official approval.
- Misleading an auditor, certification body, regulator, customer or the public about your compliance status.
- Uploading another party's confidential information, or personal special-category data, without authorization.
- Using outputs as a substitute for required professional, legal, medical, safety-critical or financial advice.
- Relying on unreviewed output for safety-critical, medical, aviation or other high-risk decisions.
- Unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive activity; attempting to breach security or disrupt the service.
- Reselling or redistributing the service or its templates as your own product.
3. Content standards
Do not input or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights or privacy of others.
4. Fair use of generation
Automated or abusive generation that degrades the service for others is not permitted. We may apply reasonable limits to protect availability.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access. Serious or unlawful misuse may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
