Content License

This document explains ownership of the content you put into Quorum and the content it generates for you, and the limited licence you grant us to run the service.

1. Your content stays yours

You retain all ownership of the briefs, prompts, uploaded material and generated draft documents, visuals and exports created in your account (“Your Content”).

2. Licence you grant us

You grant QUORUM QUALITY & RISK MANAGEMENT LTD a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit and display Your Content solely to operate and support the service for you — for example, to generate drafts and visuals, render training explainers, produce exports, and enable collaboration and version history on team plans. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to short technical backups.

3. No model training

We do not use Your Content to train or fine-tune AI models. Where a generation step uses a third-party AI provider, only the input needed to return your result is transmitted, under that provider's data-processing terms.

4. Confidentiality & authorization

You confirm you have the right to submit Your Content. Do not upload another party's confidential information, or personal special-category data, without authorization. Enter only the data you actually need for the draft.

5. Generated output

Subject to these terms, you may use, edit, distribute and commercialize the drafts and visuals you generate for your own business. Remember that outputs are drafts requiring professional review, and that other users may generate similar structures from similar inputs.

6. Our materials

The Quorum software, brand, and the underlying template and prompt systems remain the property of QUORUM QUALITY & RISK MANAGEMENT LTD. You may not copy or resell them as a competing product.

7. Deletion

You can delete Your Content or request deletion at any time. By default, inputs and outputs are cleared after 30 days unless kept in your account. See the Privacy Policy.
