Quorum uses automation and AI to generate draft quality and risk documents, visuals and training explainers. This page explains the important limits of that output. Please read it before relying on anything Quorum produces.

Not certification, legal, regulatory or financial advice. Quorum is not a certification body, auditor, or legal, regulatory, DPO or financial adviser, and awards no ISO or other certification. Everything it produces is an editable draft template, not a compliance guarantee.

1. Outputs are drafts

Documents, risk scores, controls, RACI assignments, checklists and visuals are automatically generated starting points. They are templates to adapt — not finished, approved or authoritative records.

2. Professional review is required

You must review every output with a qualified professional against the applicable standard (for example ISO 9001) and your local laws before relying on it. Confirm all facts, clauses, likelihood and impact scores, owners and review dates. Items that particularly need review are flagged in the workspace and in the exported pack.

3. AI can make mistakes

AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect, and can misinterpret your brief. Do not assume accuracy. You are responsible for validating and correcting output before use.

4. Not for unsupervised high-risk use

Do not rely on unreviewed output for safety-critical, medical, aviation or other high-risk certification decisions. Quorum is a documentation aid, not a safety or compliance authority.

5. Digital service only

Quorum is an online-only digital SaaS. No physical goods are sold, shipped or delivered, and no in-person, installation, repair, inspection or certification services are provided.

6. “Risk” means operational and quality risk

Risk features address operational and quality risk. They are not investment, financial, insurance, tax, medical or legal advice.

7. Responsibility for compliance

Final responsibility for compliance and for obtaining any certification rests with you and your certification or regulatory bodies. Quorum does not assess, endorse or certify your conformity.

8. Data & providers

Some generation steps use third-party AI providers to return your result. We do not use your content to train models. See the Privacy Policy and Content License.
