Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and QUORUM QUALITY & RISK MANAGEMENT LTD ("Quorum") for use of the Quorum service. By creating an account, subscribing or using the service, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Quorum lets you generate draft quality and risk documents, diagrams and training explainers from your inputs, and export an Audit-Ready Pack. It is provided online only as a digital subscription. This is a digital service only — no physical goods are sold, shipped or delivered, and there are no in-person, on-site, installation, repair or inspection services.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 to purchase a subscription. The service is not for anyone under 13; users aged 13–17 may only use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Drafts require professional review
Outputs are draft templates produced by automation and may contain errors or omissions. You must review every output — including risk scores, clauses and controls — with a qualified professional against the applicable standard (for example ISO 9001) and your local laws before relying on or adopting it. You are solely responsible for the final documents you adopt and for your own compliance and certification, which rest with you and your certification or regulatory bodies.
4. Not financial advice
“Risk” in Quorum means operational and quality risk. Quorum does not provide investment, financial, insurance, tax, medical or legal advice, and nothing it produces should be treated as such.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Quorum lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not use generated documents to fabricate compliance evidence, impersonate a certification, or mislead an auditor or regulator.
6. Subscriptions & payment
Plans are billed in USD via our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices and inclusions are shown on the Pricing page. Monthly allowances do not roll over. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Your content & licence
You keep ownership of your inputs and generated outputs. You grant us a limited licence to process them to operate the service, as described in the Content License and Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.
8. Intellectual property
The Quorum software, brand and templates are owned by QUORUM QUALITY & RISK MANAGEMENT LTD. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.
9. Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or change features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on unreviewed drafts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or unlawful use. On termination your right to use the service stops; retention of data follows the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
